hot mess

My mate simon's hot mess night. Friendliest, funkiest dance floor in town (with stickiest loo's). Bizarre night of bumping into people and realising at one point I know half the dancefloor. Weird.

In a moment of optimistic recklessness I went out wearing yellow tights attempting to work a 60's banana look. Unwise but at my age can't get away with such nonsense for too much longer, so eff it..

Also can't be doing with the hangovers no more neither. Distinctly got in way of an assignment due in. Have to hope the toxic beast living in my guts and kicking my head in all day also croakily whispers some inspiration.

I sink into a stupor all day over a sebald book. Eventually at 00:15 some ideas surface. Christ.
