I have a strange relationship with my phone. I'm betting everyone, these days, has a slightly strange relationship with their phone.

Has someone texted me? Better just check.
What time is it? I'll check.
Anymore texts? Nope.
Stupid thing, its frozen! Turn off. Turn on.
Any text messages? Not yet.
Oh a text! I'll text back instantly! Yipee!
Then, nothing for hours.
Should I try to write and send a letter?


My phone makes me feel lonely, connected, part of the world, withdrawn. How does that work!? Technology is such a strange, new phenomena infiltrating our day to day lives and we have no real clue yet as to how its truly affecting us.

My phone drives me mental. I can't live without it!
