Easter Break

I haven't really had a chance to go into the National Museum of Scotland since the refurbishment was completed earlier this year. I chose probably the worst day to go and have a wander as the kids are all on holiday and the International Science Festival has a number of features going on throughout the museum.

The main hall is still looking as splendid as ever and it is great really that children are flocking to the museum in their holidays - it certainly wasn't something I wanted to do in my youth but in those days museums were places where you went to look but not touch.

This may be my WBC entry for the theme of break.
