dull and overcast day.
have been trying on clothes that i havent worn since we returned from Brunei in aug 2010.
they still fit...just!

so today im eating my bodyweight in Fruit & veg
and not much else..
although..i might allow myself a small glass of vino later..(of course i will..as ill have chewed my arm off with hunger by then!)
