Whoopie Pies

Or should that be whoops pies? I made cardamom and vanilla (Hummingbird Bakery) whoopie pies today, but I couldn't find marshmallow fluff for the filling so I just melted some marshmallows to use instead. As a result, the middle is rather stiffer than it should be.

Easter egg hunt this morning, roast lamb tonight.
