Piece Hall

I spent the morning wandering around Halifax Town Centre. There was a market/craft fair at the Piece Hall, a superb 18th century building around a wide square, originally built for the sale of wool. I liked this shot for the way the cloistered upper floor arcade seems to wander away to nothing on the right.

I also visited Dean Clough Mills, which has splendid galleries. More shots from today can be seen here, this one looking to the sky from the midst of a car boot sale.

Since getting home with my photographs I have been having further software problems. I think my version of Aperture is fading fast.
