The River City...... best viewed large

It's good to have friends in high places, well at least friends who get the chance to stay, even for a couple of days, in a very high place. :)

My friends placed second in the ZimPride 2012 Tournament, an annual event where Zimbabwean teams from all over Australia and NZ congregate in one venue to play soccer for two days. An impressive result for my friends given this was only their first year to join in the event. I've never taken so many photos in a span of 1 hour, 1250 shots. It was fun doing sports photography but exhausting. I can't complain though as I wasn't the one who played 3 x 40 min. games within a period of 7 hours. Congratulations Perth Sporting Warriors!
