Strawberry Cheesecake a la Slimming World!

Today was the first roast I cooked since Stephen went to Australia - seven months ago!!! - and no the gravy wasn't any good. I don't usually do puds, but this was in Slimming World magazine - so it had the feeling of being naughty, but wasn't too bad at all.
