Tees Barrage International White Water Centre

The Tees Barrage International White Water Centre originally opened in 1995. It is an artificial whitewater course situated on the north bank of the River Tees, in North East England. It was purpose built as part of the £50 million Tees Barrage Project - to help re-generate the area of Teesside.
