Happy Easter!

Let me introduce Pookie, who is a beautiful cat with gorgeous velvety fur and huge yellowy eyes, though you can't really see them in this blip because she's being coy and looking down.

When she isn't curled up on her mistress's bed or watching the birds from a window-sill, her favourite place to sit is right in the middle of the newspaper, preferably when I'm trying to do the crossword.

Because she is so dark, I find her very difficult to photograph. If anyone can give me any tips, I'd be grateful.
