Only connect

Today my brother, his partner and myself spent hours trying to sort out my broken Internet connection router thingy and discussing the relative merits of alternative broadband/ TV packages. It's still not sorted.

Sometimes I wish we could go back to simpler technology - cassettes for example. After the nuclear war only cockroaches and cassettes will survive. Digital technology and its 1s and 0s - its all or nothing - will be gone... as will all our data...
