Bald Eagle

....what a day....today was a four hundred photo day....what to pick???

This bald eagle, fresh from having a drink, hence the wet head and the drip coming off the end of his beak....

I'll post some of the edited highlights on Flickr after I've had a chance to do some processing but it might take a while to weed through them all....

On another note....it was great to see all the welly clad British children, queuing in the drizzle at the ruined stately home, waiting to retrieve soggy eggs, stinking of the wild garlic they'd been thrown amongst, in a "brand new" tradition that didn't exsist when we were small....
