Don't Hurt Child

One of my closest friends lost his teenage daughter yesterday. She was the apple of his eye, she went to bed on Sunday night and never woke up again.

I took this photo of my three before I went to see him.

None of us know for sure how long we are here. We don't know how much or how little time we have to spend with our loved ones.

It's all too easy to forget that when we are in the middle of stressful lives that seem to revolve around work, paying bills and all the other "grown up" responsibilities we have.

The reality is that there's nothing more important in life than our family and friends and sometimes it's takes a devastating event to bring us to our senses again.
