Roasting marshmellows

We spent a great day canoeing on the River Dart with local company "Canoe Adventurers". Together with 2 other families and skipper Phil we set out for a day on the river. After a couple of miles we pulled over to the bank to have a picnic.

Phil not only brought picnic blankets, fire making kit and tea/coffee/hot chocolate, he also brought marshmellows to roast over the fire. Here you see Abbie, Pippa, Izzie and Maddie roasting theirs.

Needless to say we had a great day out and if you are interested in canoeing on the Dart, Flip (who we contacted to book) and skipper Phil come highly recommended!
