Next one up

Well, we've seen 2 more houses this week. One is going to an investor we know and this one that we're probably having. Needs a bit of work as per normal but nothing like Loopy or Rancho.

What the next house does have is this rather 'elegant' chicken coup / guest house. It needs to be demolished. We have no idea what this was about, the only guess is that the old owner used to gut fish in it as it does have a sink (not that the sink goes anywhere).

Anyway, some of the materials will go to Rancho's shed that needs rebuilding (winter rebuild), but a lot of the materials will go in a big dumpster. Mr Sledgehammer will be paying for itself in 5 weeks.
