Carne Beach

Cornwall for both Annie and Chris today so time to explore. Mega-excitement when taking the King Harry Ferry this morning, it's a floting bit of road on a chain!

We caught the last bit of sun on Carne beach where we took this photo. Annie sunned herself on some rocks whilst Chris walked to the water's edge. Unfortunately, the rocks were sharp and she ripped the back of her jeans on standing up. A lot of whinging throughout the rest of the day about draughts.

We also visited St Anthony Head and lighthouse (a.k.a. Fraggle Rock) and St Mawes where we "took afternoon tea". On our way out, we spotted Alex Polizzi (of "The Hotel Inspector" fame) so Annie can tick her off the list along with SuperNanny (last year, in a lift in Leeds).

Tomorrow looks damp :-(.
