Whipped or Double?

Had a funny example of 'leaver' versus 'putter' today (see yesterday's blip for explanation).
J made this gorgeous cheesecake, but in the process took her eye off the cream in the mixing bowl for a few seconds too long and it curdled; it was totally unusable and in the world of a 'putter' this equates to a DISASTER!

In my 'leaver' world I was, "okay this is not good", but it's alright the corner shop is open so I'll go and get some whipped cream and get double cream if they don't have whipped in store.

J said "Double cream?!?" it's not the same... "Disaster!"
They only had double cream and it still tasted lovely and it was not a disaster :-D

Hebe is eating, but Holly stopped eating tonight... this is crazy and I have no explanation as to why :-(
