praying mantis

I got up early (before the alarm went) and went for a walk with a mate. We checked out a hillside subdivision we don't normally frequent. The newest streets seemed to be about 20 per cent occupied, the rest of the homes unlivable due to earthquake damage. I guess they'll be demolished when they get to the top of the priority list.

Spotted this wee guy on my return... and blipped before lunchtime!
