Pied stilt pair

These birds were at Travis Wetland today, and for some reason seemed a lot less nervous than usual. They were right out in the open but didn't take off although I got quite close - usually they fly off at the first sight of a person, and make a loud noise doing it!

They have such a delicate look to them with their long long legs, and the reflection was rather nice, with its autumn tones.

Have taken pooba's advice and worked on the horizon! and it certainly does improve the image, thank you to him for the great advice!
