Poached Eggs

They may not look right but compared to my previous attempts which went in the bin, I'm pretty proud of these. We had a very nice lunch of poached eggs, potato cakes, smoked mackerel (fish for good Friday) and peas.

I bunny hopped when I gave L his Easter egg, I know it's early but I wanted some chocolate. The bunny hopping made him laugh which is always good.

L worked all day and I faffed.
