Tall Timbers

Pemberton in the South West of Western Australia is home to some of the most magnificent Karri forrests

We have driven all day through the tall timbers and will spend the night in the timber town of Pemberton

This photo is taken on the walk from our hotel to the Glouster Tree a 61 meter tall tree. This was originally used as a lookout for Forrest fires in the nearby Forrest's

We will get upwardly tomorrow and walk through the Forrest, before a local breakfast special
