Fig and Walnut Biscuits.

Made a huge batch of dough and divided it into batches - adding a variety of fillings to each batch. Freezing the dough in 'sausages'. The fig and walnut is a new and proving to be popular variety.

But amazing how many visitors know that there's been some baking done. Especially the 'choc chip' batch has my special Easter amount of choc chips in it (triple, if you want to know).
