OK, after work I walked to Times Square cuz I just felt like walking in bone chilin cold weather. The steam that runs this city was pouring out of this con ed make shift chimney. I'm not sure why these things pop up throughout the city, maybe to literally let off steam? But they are kinda cool looking when its freezing out.
