Meat

Firstly apologies to any vegetarians or vegans.

Meat, most of us pick it up off the supermarket shelf and don't really think about where it came from or how an animal ended up wrapped up in plastic in the food store.
I don't usually, but what I do have is a healthy respect for what meat I do put in my basket. I buy the best I can afford but this will therefore mean I eat less of it. I try to purchase free range and or organic, to me cheaper meat = little respect for the animal.

This leg of lamb got treated to some stuffing of parsley, rosemary and mint before being wrapped back up for cooking.......I'm just hoping the now 3 legged lamb appreciated the care and attention it got prior to the cooking.

BTW, it tasted lovely :)
