Collectively Painting Eggs

This morning I got up in time for breakfast. My father had prepared an Easter breakfast for the entire family (except my mother who had to work unfortunately). After a good breakfast we got freshened up a bit, I answered some emails and got on my bicycle to my grandmother.

An aunt and uncle with their children were already there and so were my dad and brother. A bit later another cousin also arrived and my sister with her boyfriend joined us as well for lunch. I had to leave after one egg and a sandwich with ragout.

I cycled to Tilburg for the party of a friend. There we talked, had fun and painted eggs 'en groupe'. The egg painting sets were passed around so that everyone could paint a thing on both eggs. In the end the eggs were very colourful and creative. I rather liked the high personal level of the paintjobs!

After a couple of hours I rushed back home by bicycle to join my family for gourmet dinner. It was delicious, it was a lot and it was fun with the family. It was however a moment on which I quite missed my girlfriend who currently resides in China.

I played a game of Carcassonne against my father, mother and brother. Halfway the game half of our peasants had been eaten by the dragon, and my mother quit so she could go to bed. We played on and also played her part. In the end she turned out to win the complete game!
