Day 101

Today I volunteered to look after my God Daughter as their childminder was on holiday, so my first time in charge of 3 children for more than a couple of hours! It was tiring but I was pleased to have actually managed to get them out of the house and to the park for an hour! Rain was forecast for the whole day so that was a bonus!

We painted egg boxes this morning, went out puddle splashing midmorning and then a quick run in the park and go on the slide before coming back home with wet bottoms from the slide (theirs not mine!). I took them to a cafe for lunch and then home before planting cress seeds in our painted egg boxes. We even had time for icelollies in the garden before Mummy came to collect her! Phew.

Thank goodness Chap was in the mood for a DVD this afternoon and Little Lady has obliged us with a long nap! Loved this shot of them in their wellies against the pink of the blossom :) Used cinemascope in Picasa! Love this treatment! This shot almost made is as today's blip but the pink blossoms won me over, but thought I'd share anyway!
