Chai

As we opened the front door this morning, Winter announced her presence!
It was time to take out the Chai tea. A lovely blend of spices infused in warm water; warms one up from the inside.
I love a blend of cinnamon, cardamom, pinch of cloves and some peppercorns etc.
It can be made up with a rich milky base, but I prefer a slice of lemon and honey to sweeten it!
Husband has gone on a business trip so I assume I will have the two girls as bed partners for the rest of the week. Please come home Mr. J!
