I had to visit somewhere to get a sample of animal feed today, first I spoke to the manager who spoke to one of his team, "can't be done" said the guy. Leave it with me said the manager I'll speak to the engineers. Half an hour later my phone rings; "all sorted" said the manager; "I'll see you at three".

One of the engineers had made this little device which fitted through a grid to sample the feed I wanted without having to dismantle the whole conveyor - Job done!
