Please Granny

This is a sight you dont often see - four grandchildren cuddling their grandparents. In fact, its a sight I wish I could see more often, but living down south, its not always possible.

To be fair, as Grandad Postie mentioned in his blip, the kids were begging to have a go on a new Star Wars game on the Xbox - all except Megan, who was happy to perch on Grandads lap eating some of her Easter egg.

This was some begging though.... I managed to bag well over 15 shots trying to get a half decent pose. Goodness know how many Grandad took - with every shot exposing yet another stupid funny face. We eventually persuaded Grandad to put his camera down and sit down in front of the camera... no mean feat for someone who is able to spend far more time than me behind the camera, and certainly puts my photography to same.

All too soon, though, it was time to pack our bags and make the long journey down south. After a highly successful drive up (leaving Portsmouth at 3am and arriving in Rosyth 7 1/2 hours later), the return journey south was hellish to say the least. Constant wind rain and bad driving made for a long 12 hour journey south! I reckon its about time I dragged gran and grandad down here for a weekend.

And yes - Tigga is welcome too!
