Is it Cold in here or is it me?

Back to work today after the weekend and good to see the sun shine after a long weekend in the freezer that was Iceland. The house was freezing yesterday when we got back so we have had the heating on full blast. I have this thermometer in the kitchen and it is always tells me its 19c in the house what ever the temperature. I am a very warm person and don't feel the cold too much but am always told my house is freezing. Is 19c cold for a house?
