Kirky

I headed into town with Roz this morning as I had a few bits and pieces to sort out. On the way in I got a text from Kirky suggesting catching up for a coffee. As he says in his blip for today although we keep in touch via here and Facebook it's been at least ten years since we last actually met up when we were both living in Abbeyhill. It was good to see him and catch up over a decent coffee in Wellingtons.

After that I got all my bits and pieces sorted out then managed to get to the spa for a bit before heading home for a doctors appointment.

After that it was a session at Taekwon Do with what seemed like a particularly tough warm up session, before coming home and getting a bit of work done so I can have the day off tomorrow.
