Tulips II

Shooting tulips today while testing the new Canon EOS 5D Mark III with a Canon 100mm f/2.8L macro lens.

Apparently it has the same cool feature that the Canon EOS 7D offers for extra macro sharpness.

Tip: With the 5D Mark III or the 7D equipped with a true Canon USM macro lens, set your AF to "AI Servo". I know, I know... crazy right? That's what you would normally use for sports, wildlfe and action shots, but, when used with the above combination, AI Servo increases the focus sampling rate and adjusts for slight motion caused by breezes, camera shake, or very small earthquakes...
