Preparations

The new baby is due within the next couple of weeks. It will be a home birth like the other two and I've been discussing with the mother the possibility of having it in our large whirlpool tub, extending an invitation of sorts. She seems excited about it but whether she can make the drive once the event gets going remains to be seen. Nevertheless, I redid all the silicone caulking around the tub and resealed the grout so it would look nice. Not that she would notice between breaths and screams. God I hope I don't faint.
