Dinner~

Arroz con pollo with black beans and corn (I guess that would be: Arroz con pollo y frijoles negros y maiz??) I sauteed the black beans and corn with bacon. I made this meal 2 hours ago thinking my man would be home by now. He's not. It's gonna be a little drier than anticipated, but hey -- it's a home-cooked meal! Exhausted due to a voyage to JFK to drop the 'rents off at 4:30 a.m. and a busy day at the office -- gonna make it an early night! (Thank you sauvignon blanc.)
