La Parroquia

I was all set to show a photograph of an exploding Judas - shot during the annual ceremony in which fireworks are attached to paper maché figures and then blown up, much to the crowd's delight - until we visited La Parroquia that evening after dinner. A concert was taking place as we walked up, which occupied my traveling partners while I waited for the perfect light to capture this image of San Miguel's landmark church (one of the most photographed in Mexico according to Wikipedia).
