Last day on Anglesey today and after a morning of April showers the sun managed to finally break through and we went for another walk down on the beach. I thought I would have a go at taking a panoramic shot using Mr F's tripod.

On our return we had the 'Instant Energiser' juice that mum and me had freshly juiced in the morning, it included carrots, pear, apple, kiwi and parsley and was rather scrumptious. So we are now both revitalised and rejuvenated!!
