Catching up on the running today, and trying to do two things at once. A man doing that, you may ask. Well yes running and blipping, I can manage that. Perhaps more enthusiastic at one that the other. Or perhaps one benefits the other. Potential blips, whilst running, interrupts the running, or allows a rest!!!
