Water of life

Busy day. Among other things took bike in to get new brake blocks (I must learn to do it myself!). Feel happier for weekend having brakes that work. Bit disconcerting last weekend by D telling me to slow down and stop at layby on down hill single track road because cars were coming behind when I was pulling with all my strength and bike was not stopping!

Photo is part of an early birthday present from my son and family, who told me they thought it would be a good rucksack size! Not sure if it is a good idea as after the 2 planned Corbetts(mountains between 2500 and 3000 feet) on Saturday there is then an 11 km cycle out.
