Steve, Revisited

A day of manic college work today (for a change, I hear you say!) and trying (yet again) to sort out Aviva. I finally heard from their complaints team today. I think by the end of the conversation they kind of got the hint that I wasn't the type to back down.

On a positive note, it would appear their chief engineer has agreed with all my comments on the short comings of the original assessment! So maybe they have one decent engineer there then...

The chap in the picture is Steve. I've seen people look at him, warily, when around town. I decided last year that he would make the perfect subject for an Avedon-esque picture. 5 minutes chatting with him was enough to prove he is the epitome of why you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover - he couldn't do enough to help, is obviously intelligent and just a really nice bloke all round. Today when I saw him, he remembered the pics I took last time, chatted and let me take a few more!
