BB's internationally famous, prize winning veggie pie for tea.
Well our friends in Germany love it and she gets a prize from me every time she makes it.

Recipe
Select some of your favourite vegetables. Onion, carrots, red, green and yellow peppers and peas, whatever you fancy.
Dice and sauté in olive oil.
Cook until just soft.
Make about 1/2 pint of thick white sauce
Mix vegetables with sauce.
Place in pie dish, top with puff pastry, remember to make a split for the steam. Glaze with milk or egg.
Place in the oven at 180C/Gas 6/360F for around 30 minutes.
