Just over a year ago I posted a picture of muscari or 'grape hyacinth', I'd not heard of the flowers before but I kept spotting them everywhere once I knew what they were. I've been meaning to take a picture of them again this year, but wanted to find some different ones to those i took last year.
Whilst wandering round Castle Hill this evening I noticed that the bluebells were starting to thrive & duly photographed them. But then as I was getting nearer to home, I noticed the muscari on the edge of the woods. They are a much deeper colour than I've seen before, so I'm hoping that they are muscari or I'm going to look like a fool!
