Long long day

Couldn't sleep last night up working at 3 am, that's a first normally can't sleep but just try and relax, I was worried about the dentist tonight.
Peters dad admitted to hospital last night also.
Had a meeting to review painting at 8 am, board meeting straight after at 10.30 then a communication plan delivery, straight to the shop again to meet Environmental health officer, floor man, glass man. Then home to meet Peter at 6pm to go to the dentist
I am petrified of the dentist, first time I have had treatment without any diazepam for 30 years. The dentist, Daz was so gentle, I had a music playing, darkened glasses. Amazing really. I was in the chair for 11/2 hours to save 2 teeth at the back.
Home to pick Ben up from mums

I am now in bed with a splitting headache, numb mouth and tongue
