It's hail. Big lumps of hard ice falling out of the sky at a phenomenal rate. All accompanied by thunderclaps and bright lightning flashes overhead too. Needless to say I was outside when it started. It had been bright, mild and sunny only five minutes before.

Dog been back to the vets. Not a happy bunny. Good news is he may have an internal bleed which is operable, bad news is he may have pathology of his bone marrow which can't be treated. Best news is that he's much better today. of course he has learned that the gets nice food when he's poorly - and as a result won't eat his normal chow. Still, I can live with that.
