Red-bellied Woodpecker

Well I didn't get out much today to get my daily photo.....so I thought I would just sit outside for a bit and see if I could see anything. I have my backyard set up like a bird sanctuary, the best I can anyway. I haven't had many birds at my feeders lately, I guess they are so busy nesting. Anyway I did have a visit from some Cardinals, and my first hummingbird of the year, (which was very exciting for me!). And then this pretty Red-bellied Woodpecker showed up making all kinds of noise. He was very cooperative with the camera. I got quite a few good shots of him.
