Gently down the stream

One April morning

Thank you to everybody who helped me do the Spotlight bit yesterday, it made me very happy. You are lovely people! :0)))

Now today. What's that folk song? Lovely Nancy, I think it's called and it goes something like this:

'Twas on one April morning, just as the sun was rising
'Twas on one April morning you could hear a blipper sing,
She was singing, 'This is pantsy, I forgot my pocket hanky
And there's water on the lens, while the bushes scratch and sting

A sunrise.
Sorry!
I realise you all spent the winter doing this, but I have no sunrise in my journal and as these are now running backwards into good sleeping time I thought I'd get one blipped before the autumn.
So this is the sun rising behind St Catherine's Hill and looking a bit fetching. After blipping, I went to Sainsbury's, then home to breakfast and work, feeling a bit mad, but it is a glorious time of day when you can catch it, which for me isn't often!
