Learning day by day

Letter writing

Better day today. Kids relatively friendly with each other this morning. Happy to go to creche. I managed 45mins none stop running for the first time in a good long time. It was on the treadmill to so not just the running but the boredom to contend with.

C then had her swimming lesson, Will and I played on the edge. It was cold and initially he refused point blank to get in, but was persuaded to get in eventually. But no cajoling from H would persuade him to jump in. The converstion went something like:
'William will you jump in?'
'Not yet.'
'When will you jump in?'
William one finger raised in the air 'When I am four!'
Well what can you say to that.

W also refused to shower so stood wrapped in his towel shivering, whilst C and I showered. Silly boy. Then Nanna and Poppa arrived for lunch. The plan had been for C to go to their house for the afternoon, but it ended that William went instead (his first time on his own) and C and I get some quiet big girl time. C will go on Saturday morning now instead.

So she has written a letter to O in Brussel's. The daughter of Vive la Vie and is now doing a thank you card to H for teaching her swimming. It is her last class with him tomorrow. Hama beads are on the horizon, but think we may run out of time.
