Maternal Duties

Busy day, into town for bits and pieces for B for holiday and for G'dad ready for our visit to see him next week..... then the food shopping.

On the way back I called by the pond to see if the goose that left her eggs yesterday, whist she had a swim and feed, was back on the nest. As you can see, it was all cosy!!

There were very few geese and ducks to be seen, they probably have safer nesting grounds than this very open area.

Out this evening to meet up with colleagues from NHS working days. Haven't seen any of them for at least 18 months, some much longer than that....there will be lots of news to catch up on!!!
