Keeping a close watch

I've become so paranoid about leaving her alone. My greatest fear is that she goes into some sort of arrest while I'm not there to help her. My laptop has had more use than ever, allowing me to get work done while sitting in the living room with her. I'm being ridiculous; she is eating and breathing normally and we just got back from a nice walk. Those foot pads sure have packed on the miles in her 15 years of life. When she was a puppy, we didn't dare let her off leash in the countryside. Now she wouldn't dream of leaving my side.
