Glass (lots of it!)

So, after nearly 5 weeks of phone calls they finally turn up to replace part of the glass roof in our new conservatory that inexplicably broke (possibly the result of expansion / contraction).

They dropped the glass (a very large piece).
It shattered.
Everywhere.
They left thousands of pieces all over the gravel at the side of the conservatory.
They did not phone me or leave a message to say what had happened.
My five year old girls (Twinblips) could have run straight into the garden and onto the gravel.
This is a tiny section of the glass covered gravel.

Some people are complete arseholes.
