Vaux's Swifts at Chapman

Tonight we went to see an amazing sight here in Northwest Portland. During September thousands of Swifts roost in the Chapman Elementary School's huge chimney. You should google "vaux's swifts chapman" and have a look for yourselves. Here is a link that has some info and video of the birds in action.

In my blip you can see the chimney and the swifts circling over head. We made a picnic of it, along with hundreds of other people. I didn't manage to get a very good shot as the light was very flat and fading fast. I did however manage to post process it into something more dramatic. Here is the unprocessed image.
